Stephan Nicklow

Stephan founded The Good Lyfe Consulting Group in 2019 with one goal: free people from soul-shattering work. Too many talented people lose their weeks to copy-paste tasks, status reports and manual handoffs.

Over the years GLC has run alongside the rest of his career. He worked in Big Tech at Meta, where he led Trust Strategy for the Metaverse, built and scaled platforms at 100M+ scale, and co-founded Gamerplug, an app that helps gamers find their people, where he is still CEO.

Now AI can finally do the work GLC was founded to eliminate, and GLC is front and center again. Stephan builds with generative AI every day and brings the same approach to every client: start with the people, find the work that drains them, and automate it inside the company, not just talk about it in meetings.
